Dispatcher with Italian

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Dispatcher.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching loads to appropriate locations
• Monitoring and passing information to and from subcontractors
• Responding to any issues and following-up by coordinating with the appropriate parties
• Speaking with supervisors and hauliers to resolve issues
• Ensuring professional and transparent communication with both internal and external partners and services
• Addressing requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Escalating issues, providing reports to upper management
• Active collaboration with the commercial and the financial team
• Dealing with transport partners
• Enlarging portfolio of transport partners

Our requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian (and good English - preferable but not mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail, accuracy
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Practical work experience in transportation or logistics sector is welcome
