Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
We are looking for a developer not only C#, or only JS or SQL expert. We need somebody with .NET/C#, JavaScript, MS SQL.
We need somebody with generic good understanding about backend systems. Who will be capable to understand the system.
And of course , we need a person with openness for changing the balance on the areas, occasionally opening new area. All the time the focus will be different every time
The person that worked on a product before, understands the challenges involved, especially in terms of maintenance and analytics tools.
