- review of quality (checklist, transaction, correspondence, analytical
reviews)
- supervision team of junior and senior accountants
- regulatory / statutory registrations
- documents and clients processes hand over
- legislative updates & system evolution trends
- close cooperation with Team Leader
- regular check of reconciliations prepared by the accountant's team
- check of prepared VAT
- preparation of annual closings
- managing of projects assigned by Managing Director
- consultations, professional guidance of accountants in the team
- monitoring of assigned accountant's work effectiveness,
suggestions for work efficiency
