Our International Executive Search company is looking for a Senior Executive Search Consultant for its office in Bratislava. We specialize in mid to senior management positions and executive search across the industries and countries.
Currently we have 10 offices in CEE and CIS region and we are looking for an experienced consultants with the executive search and/or recruitment background who will be happy to cooperate closely with all of us on our international Projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Identifying talents on the market by direct search methodology
- Sourcing and building the network
- Screening calls, Interviewing candidates
- Reporting
- Participating on international projects across the world
- Daily international communication in English
- Client dealing
