Financial Analyst and Controller

Responsibility for all financial reporting.
This includes all external reports VAT/Tax/Compliance/Bank/Stakeholders as well as internal reports.
The standard internal reports:
• Weekly
o sales report
o Ad Hoc reports as required

• Monthly
o Monthly Management accounts P&L
o Forecast for next month – with a review of mix
o Balance Sheet summary
o Key Spend Variance to Budget report
o Sales Mix Report
o Part number & Customer Margins with variance to Budgets expectations or the expectations from Pricing in Sales office (In conjunction with cost Accounts UK)
o AV review for all production
o Productivity Report – Based on Labour utilisation & productivity (AV per labour euro)
o Cash Flow and forward requirements
o Inventory valuation and review
o Tooling inputs in the month – peoples time, materials, third party costs, transport, design changes and rework.

• Quarterly
o Forecast update for half year and full year (Estimates) – Sales & AV focused
o Forecast update for half year and full year (estimates) – Overhead spend – compared to budget with explanations

• Annual
o Budgets
o Five Year Plan inputs
o Year End Reports as required
