- Reception services: Communication with clients and other visitors (providing information and help, giving instructions)
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mail/courier mail, receiving payment orders from customers, delivering hold statements to customers, registration of all visitors
- Various ad hoc activities including records management /filing, scanning and administrative support
- Preparation of various tables and reports on ad hoc basis
- Conference room management
- Office/Kitchen supplies management
