Description:

Responsibility for execution of rutine operational procedures and basic support of the bank systems. Including basic Production support for systems as well.

Responsibilities:

Provide application support service to the business applications including answering user queries.
Execute daily procedures, note all errors.
Communicate the errors and the problems with external supports.
Process and complete the requests for internal customers within the standards.
Update Flexcube basic mainatenance based on the procedure as per the user's need.

Requirements:

Secondary school or higher education,
Banking trainings,
Basic banking product knowledge,
Working on daily shifts basis,
Good knowledge of written and spoken English,
Basic Hungarian,
Romanian is and advantage,
Good IT knowledge is an advance,
Ability to work under pressure,
Teamwork,
Flexibility,
