Maintenance manager

DUTIES ON THE POSITION:

 Leading a team
 Execute an effective predictive and preventive maintenance program
 to minimize unscheduled down time
 Responsible for maintaining Maintenance tools and equipment.
 Responsible for Plant building maintenance and repair.
 Develop an annual budget that will adequately provide for required Maintenance activities.
 Review and report monthly on performance against budget.
 Analyzing equipment and maintenance data, using tools such as failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis, etc
 Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
 Responsible for improving 5 S in the area under his responsibility
 Team work with head quarter team in new projects and products



JOB REQUIREMENTS :

 University / secondary technical direction.
 Experience in similar position (preferably automotive)
 Communicative knowledge of English.
 Should ideally have good understanding with electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC’s. PLC programming would be a plus
 Lean methodologies
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment
 Good organizational and communication skills.
