We are looking for an experienced PA with strong interpersonal skills with fluent written and spoken to work on a part time basis out of our offices in Bratislava.
The role involves three key components, firstly to support on a PA basis the Head of Sales for Slovakian office, to act at times as an administrative support for our head office in Dublin and also to manage some of the administrative office management roles as directed by the Head of Sales.
The Role In More Detail:
• Providing an efficient administrative support service to the Head of Sales and other staff members
• Typing correspondence, memos, file notes, Excel spreadsheets, Powerpoint presentations
• Diary management and organising meetings
• Organising travel arrangements, booking flights
• Maintaining filing systems
• Collating agendas and briefing documentation for meetings and conference calls
• Writing sales and emails for review by Head of Sales
• Submitting expense reports

• Min of 65 wpm typing
• Fluent written & spoken English vital
• Excellent Telephone manner
• As incumbent will be involved in high-level client contact and may be exposed to sensitive information, must demonstrate confidentiality, good business judgment and diplomacy.
• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Excel spreadsheets and functions, Word and PowerPoint skills. Proficient in Outlook.
• Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to manage time and multiple commitments
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
• Assignments required the use of judgment to develop, modify and adapt procedures in order to most effectively meet demands of given situations.
