Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Matrix Manager of the Marketing & Services (RMA, Training, Pre-Sale, and TSC)
- Managing the Technical Support Center team which provides support to the WW Customer Support Organization and Customers
- Lead the team to improve the performance and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through Monitoring & Analysis
- Implement ongoing Growth and improvement in the Process, Procedures and knowledge level
- Responsible for hiring, training, and team development
- Interface to Regions CS VP’s & Managers to establish working Process and Procedures
- Part of the Executive Management Team in Slovakia

Personality requirements and skills

- BSc Degree – Preferable Electronics/Communication Engineer
- At least 5 years’ experience in Management of Technical Support group with international customers in the telecommunication world , Advantage to those with Experience in Call Center/Help Desk Management and CRM implementation
- High level Management capabilities
- Excellent English
- Knowledge and practical experience in Data (IP, Ethernet, SDH) or RF knowledge
- Customer & service orientation
- Multi-tasking ability
- Working under pressure
- Excellent Internal Communication Skills
