The Key Account Manager in his/her territory East/Middle Slovakia region:
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with current and initiates relationships with future KOLs, Brand Advocates, cooperative groups and key external audiences.
• Develops and implements local KOL Plans, with local brand team and in agreement with plans.
• Implements and disseminates high quality medical and scientific educational programs. Gives clinical and scientific presentations at sites / cooperative groups / hospital formularies.
• Cooperates closely with Associate Director Sales and Marketing.
• Works to ensure prioritization of key customers
• Works with development field operations to ensure prioritization of site selection for Celgene-sponsored studies.
• Develops required qualitative and quantitative reports. Collates competitor information.
• Ensures medical / legal excellence and compliance

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Prerequisites:
- Medical or scientific education or experience in a similar position.
- Ideally 4+ years experience in industry.
- Experience in Sales force.

Qualifications
Skills / Knowledge Required:
• Medical or scientific education (medical, pharma or natural sciences) or experience in similar position. Ideally 4+ years experience in industry.
• Experience in sales force, affiliate Medical Department or Clinical Development
• Demonstrates the ability to understand and communicate technical clinical material clearly and effectively
• Ability to develop critical relationships with physicians, nurses and ancillary staff within academic hospitals, clinics, and private practice facilities
• Possesses a strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities and manage time appropriately, integrates innovative ideas, and works with all members of a team appropriately in order to accomplish corporate and individual objectives.
• Team player, behavior in compliance with Celgene values
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and open minded
• Strong identification with Celgene’s values
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel and establish positive working relationships, in particular with the sales team
• Independent self-starter, accurate and well organized
