Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibility
In charge of quality department management
Control company product quality, deal with Quality complaints & Issues from customers
Responsible for supplier´s quality performance
- Quality management of product/production and new projects/products (PPAP)
- Evaluation of quality targets and periodic reviews
- Flexible response for Customer objections/complaints
- Responsible for tracking quality actions
- Capability of all measuring/testing devices
- Implementing of new measuring equipment / methodes
In charge of quality department management
- Ensure the Quality department effectively serve customer.
- Cooperation with other internal departments and external subjects
- Analysing a reporting on internal scrap level / corrective action proposal
- Provide training and cross training for staff and develop subordinate employees
- Continuous improving quality process
Control company product quality, deal with Quality complaints & Issues from customers
- Ensure Quality Problem be Solving in timely
- Ensure procedure for preventive and corrective action implemented.
- Response to customer ‘s concerns.
- Follow up and reporting of quality performance
Responsible for supplier´s quality performance
- Implement Supplier Performance monitoring process
- Ensure new supplier audit and new material qualification
- Deal with raw material quality issue

- Familiar with ISO9000 / TS16949,(ISO14000) system requirement
- Familiar with Quality Management tools, such as APQP, SPC, MSA, 8D, FMEA, etc;
- More than 5 years experience in quality control of machining industry, and minimum
- Familiar with MS-EXCEL, OFFICE, etc.
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Good communication and team work
