Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role description:
Responsible for supporting the financial requirements of an integrated facilities management (FM) account, which includes purchases, requisition, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable and B/S accounts reconciliations Responsible for checking and consolidation of data and reports from EE (Eastern European) countries (mainly Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, potentially also Bulgaria and Poland).

A key element of the role will be working closely with the finance account lead and local FM Operations teams in ensuring financial support is provided and compliance criteria are met

Key responsibilities:
Work with the FM Operations teams to ensure tight finance control is maintained within the countries
Support the FM Operations teams from the financial background - timely payments to vendors, vendor invoice booking corrections, variance analysis
Interact with regional country finance and SSC in order to meet the local reporting and statutory requirements
Support TWC/AR performance with the data from the countries
Prepare monthly accruals for the countries
Consolidation and submission of the monthly reporting packs for each country
Performing regular reconciliations
Raise IC POs in line with CBRE sourcing guidelines
Report all unresolved problems to the finance account lead
Ad hoc analysis and reporting when required
Ensure company & account guidelines and procedures are adopted and followed

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

Degree in Finance / Accounting
3 years’ experience in finance/accounting in FM
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required / Hungarian is a benefit
Strong knowledge / skills in Microsoft Excel
Problem solving
Ability to prioritize workload and being able to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels
Self-motivated, reliable & flexible team player, and able to work on own initiative
Open and honest with high standards of personal integrity
