Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose:
Reporting directly to EMEA Finance Lead, the purpose of this role is to provide and deliver best value, quality administration support across all clients' locations. To maintain all associated records and ensure all documentation is accurate and correct at all times. To highlight risk areas and develop continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Processing of purchase orders, both annual contract and reactive, in a timely manner and in accordance with policy.
Process invoice approvals on behalf of operations, liaising with the operations team as applicable.
Handle all PO and invoice relating queries, from both suppliers and SSC, liaising with the operations team as applicable.
Produce and submit monthly Open PO reporting to the management team for review.
Arrange closure of POs no longer required following the management team review.
Maintain the Master Vendor list, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
Administrate, support in, New Vendor set up. Ensuring compliance to policy.
Process overtime worked by Operations into PISKI, by the deadline date, and provide reporting to allow management approval.
Maintain the account holiday management tracker.

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience of similar roles before.
Fluent in English.
IT Skills with extensive exposure to accounting packages, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (to include lookups & pivot tables).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels
Experience of working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite
Self motivated, reliable & flexible team player, and able to work on own initiative.
Open and honest with high standards of personal integrity.
