Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Part-time job - 20 hours/ week
As Facility manager working at our client site
Responsible for the whole building operation
Oversees all building systems including HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, programmed security system, and AV systems
Need to follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements
Ensures contractual obligations are met
Develop & maintain positive close business relationships with clients and relevant contractors & suppliers
Monthly reporting, budgeting, scheduling, financial management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Construction, administration, facility, finance

Language skills

Hungarian - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

3

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum 3 years experience in Facility management, ideally gained in multi-tenanted, matrix operations
Experience of managing a teams of up to 10 staff
Knowledge of budget preparation
Sound knowledge of various engineering disciplines and EHS
Extensive experience in dealing with and influencing clients and customers
Extensive experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors
Strong knowledge of SLA's/KPI's and measurement procedures
Able to meet deadlines
Be consistent and precise
