Field Service Engineer(m/f)

Your duties will be:• provide customer-site field repair, commissioning, installation supervision and modification of UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems - including batteries• work on and off shore, in direct contact with customer and act as a connection between customer and after sales service• solve UPS problems and provides reports on these issues• identify and report failure modes and determine the cause• train customers on equipment operation and maintenance• interact with customer by phone of face2face• deal with customer concerns• fill in all required reports and documents• 24hours stand by if necessary• travelling internationally up to 90% of time Requirements: • electrical technician with at least 2years of relevant experience in field service engineering• strong knowledge of electronic theory to component level• Strong knowledge of English (written, spoken), other language is advantageous• ability to work independently• high level of professionalism and integrity• self-motivated• ability to solve problems• flexible• willing to travel up to 90% of working time - internationally! Benefits:• financial bonus per year• cafeteria system• sick days, flexible working time, travel expenses
