- Creating management financial reports and group consolidation report
- Finished, semifinished, A-material stock accounting and controll
- Analyzing data evolution, identifying differences and their explanation
- Proposing action to be done to eliminate differences
- Calculations
- Processing of annual plans/forecasts
- Cooperate with other departemnts to improve plant controlling
- Provide support for internal rules creation
- Statistics reports fulfillment
- Following working capital request evolution
- Coordinating the gathered information, and based on this creating a most expected budget
- Following numbers, and processes on monthly basis
- Supporting the management in decision making
