- Technical studies and relevant economic knowledge or economic studies and experience with technical management of production company
- Several years’ experience with managing of international production company
- Experiences with management and motivation of employees on different levels
- Ability for identification of improvements and successful implementation.
- Economic and result oriented thinking and dealing, cost management.
- Czech language native speaker or fluent, English language must, German language advantage.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (mostly to Germany) is necessary.
