Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Promote company brands to end-users with the objective to maximize conversions.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding targeted sales of products within the assigned territory, working with distribution partners and supporting the Country Manager /Regional Manager in developing promotional programs and providing training of distribution partners’ sales force.
- Together with Country Manager/ Regional Manager formulate sales and conversion plans and objectives on an annual basis and carry them out within the territory.
- Managed by Country Manager/ Regional Manager, work with distribution partner(s) representatives by conducting regular sales meetings and maintaining necessary training and field assistance, and following up on the objectives defined in the business plan.
- Assist Country Manager/Regional Manager in implementing specific promotional programs developed by the company for the end users and distribution partners.
- Assess competitors’ activity and give market intelligence feedback. Communicate all relevant new information from the territory that might be of interest or help to the entire Sales and Marketing team.
- Record all relevant data. Create sales strategy to key account and account customers in the assigned territory.
- Plan and manage the sales territory in an effective manner, ensuring that all key accounts and distributor organizations have adequate and regular coverage; that business expenses do not exceed the assigned budgets; that reports are submitted in an accurate and timely manner; and that priorities are set up to achieve the set targets.
- Fully participate in annual sales performance reviews and trainings. Implement the company’s strategy and targets.
- Carry out other special assignments under the direction of the Country Manager/Regional Manager.
- Home office work.

- Native in Slovak, fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Background
- Minimum of 4 years close to sales. Knowledge of sales in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry is desired.
