Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Central Clearing Clerk, your typical day includes the following:
- Communication with Agents, Clients, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Communication with colleagues from branches all around the world
- Confirmations of Statement of Accounts
- Solving discrepancies in Statement of Accounts
- Balance confirmations
- Realization of reconciliations between branches
- Credit notes, Debit notes, cancelling invoices
- Working with SAP, MS Excel
