Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Operations Road Freight:
• You´re responsible for the preparation of road freight export documents and ensure complex and accordance transactions of domestic road freight export processes, as well as road freight export processes from Slovakia to the whole wide world.
• You prepare price offers for the transport, which is to be provided.
• You provide pro-active and timely customer service and ensure accurate invoicing to customers in cooperation with the accounting department.
• You liaise with renowned carriers and co-loaders to arrange bookings and collection of shipments.
• You actively on daily basis correspond with local and international customers, your colleagues and freight handling companies to execute and follow up on the bookings.
• You also verify vendors’ information and ensure accurate input of data.
