Cargill Hungary is currently looking for a motivated person for the following role for a six month determined period
Accountant- Slovakia
Position objectives:
This position is responsible for producing accurate and timely financial and management reporting information. Specific responsibilities include maintenance of general ledger (reconciliation and support of balance sheet and profit/loss statements), financial analysis and reporting, coordination with other functions inside the company and support of Chief Accountant.
Key responsibilities:
• Day to day financial accounting tasks such as journal entries and account verifications
• Month end activities such as journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Support in A/R and A/P activities
• Participation in ad hoc projects, information support for various business initiatives
• Administrating, filing and archiving documents
• Daily/weekly/monthly report preparation

• Secondary school, education in finance/accounting
• Minimum 1-2 years experiences in similar role in multinational environment
• Strong commitment to obeying the laws
• Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Good understanding and demonstrated commitments to internal control
• High degree of computer literacy, Excel in particular
• Adequate knowledge of local accounting, reconciliation process
• Highly motivated personality with collaborative working style at the same time with ability to work independently
• Slovakian, and Hungarian knowledge in daily contacts
• English knowledge is an advantage
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of work processes.
• Result oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, preciseness, high learning capacity
