For our office in Nové Zámky we are looking for an ambitious

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Key responsibilites:
• Administrating and data recording of domestic commercial contracts (grains/oilseed/input)
• Handling incoming and outgoing documents
• Supporting the sales reps with administration in their everyday job
• Keeping contact with partners, colleagues
• Organising events, conferences, meetings
• Creating presentations, making reports
• Any related administrative duties
• Secretary for the Cargill office

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements
• Minimum high school graduation (college degree is advantage)
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in administration
• Fluent in Slovakian, Hungarian and English
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Customer service oriented attitude
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Attention to details and accuracy
