Project Coordinator (Slovakia)
A. Scope:
To liaise with hospitals, present company programs and cultivate, maintain relationship and cooperation to the hospital administration, nurses & midwives.
B. Main Responsibilities
1. Communicate with the hospital administration and align on tasks of nurses / midwives / etc.
2. Planning and implementing PR strategies for maintaining hospitals relationships in Slovakia
3. Maintain awareness of any possible threats to the business and report to the management accordingly.
4. Maintaining a PR record to nurses, hospitals etc. (wherever applicable)
5. Organize and overview the proper logistical support of the network
6. Report on :
i. Hospital status
ii. Requests for PR activities
iii. Competition / hospital
C. Education / Experience / Special Skills
1. University Graduate
2. Very Good English
3. Negotiation skills
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
