Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an Office Assistant you will have the following responsibilities:

Office management:
Smooth execution of company admin processes incl. office supplies and other office needs.

Reception:
- First contact with visitors
- Management of incoming and conference phone calls
- Taking care of correspondence and parcel service
- Evidence of incoming and outgoing mail
- General administration and logistics

Travel management:
Flight, car and hotel reservations, incl. support of travel expenses.

Other:
- Organization support of internal and external trainings and events
(market research, conference room reservations, logistics, catering, etc.)
- Fleet management
- Support for Management, Sales, Delivery, HR and Financial department
- Document management, postal services
