Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Relevant application support qualifications or proven experience is essential
• Coordinate and manage Infrastructure Administration priorities (including vendor support)
• Provides day-to-day support for acquisition, configuration, deployment, maintenance and retirement of HW SW components
• Administer and create standard requests, provide ongoing configuration management
• Coordinate and support all end-user requests
• Coordinates and documents system configuration changes.
• Monitor and maintain data backups.
• MS Server, Linux, Unix server administration basics
• Must be flexible to ensure off hours support to user community
• Must be able to quickly assess and react to changing circumstances and new information
• Normal office environment
• Must be able to travel
• Time to time call responsibilities
