Network Engineer with German language

o Configuration and operation of productive network infrastructures, with a focus on Cisco
o Planning and implementation of complex changes in various customer environments
o Collaboration in complex infrastructure projects and technical lead of complex sub-projects as well as system migration and software updates

o Processing inquiries and fault reports (2nd and 3rd level support) and documenting them in the ticket system (incident, problem and change management)
o Qualification and escalation ("problem management") with the manufacturer
