Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

o Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB, including the valuation and posting of business transactions
o Cooperation with Group Accounting in the context of preparing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
o Contact person  for the management of the respective subsidiaries
o Answering questions from external contacts such as auditors and tax auditors
o Working in a highly motivated team that enjoys its work and looks forward to your support

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

o Successfully completed training in the commercial sector, successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable qualification
o Professional experience in finance and accounting as well as sound knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB)
o Further training as an accountant is an advantage
o Experience with accounting-related software, in particular SAP and proficient in the use of common MS Office applications
o Strong analytical understanding and a high affinity for numbers
o Independent, committed and reliable way of working
o High degree of team spirit as well as interest and enthusiasm for new tasks
