Area Sales Manager (m/f)

Sales region: CEE

Your tasks:

• Planning of yearly sales budget in alignment with Manager and achievement of set targets
• Maintain strong business relationships with established customer base
• Identify, build and nurture new customers
• Preparation and conduction of negotiations with customers within the decision-making frame
• Close cooperation with interfaces (i. e. technical department, back office, marketing) to offer best solutions to clients
• Representation of the company at trade fairs nationally and internationally
• Ensuring optimal customer visit planning and execution of customer visits reports on weekly basis

Your profile:

• Completed commercial education and recognized degree in Business Management
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a sales management role for consumer or technical investment goods – ideally in an international environment
• Proven successful sales track record
• Good technical understanding and professional experience in plastic industries would be advantageous
• Target and solution oriented
• Dynamic, hands-on self-starter
• Strong organizational skills and structured way-of-working
• Proven negotiation and communication skills
• Customer- and service oriented
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, additional language skills advantageous
• Full driving license and high mobility
