Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Customer relationship management
- Management of quotations
- Key account manager for customers (volumes/price level)
- Market research (new market/competition research/ prices level research)
- Database of quotation to be followed
- Business development of new customers/new market (for instance Motosport)
- Updating / creating the budget in terms of sales / Gross margin forecast
- Customers visits & reporting
- Support customer visit and c2i (audit, dinner..)
- Back up for Project Manager
