- Providing on-the-floor / on-site training & couching for new starters
- Developing the team performance in relation to efficiency & quantity measures and quantity, first contact resolu-tion
- Supporting the Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Supervisor
- Conducting development feedback session
- Recommending processes improvements
- Dealing with customers either by telephone, e-mails, fax, letter or other media
R- esearching required information using available resources
