Job description, responsibilities and duties

- People management incl. development, assessments and evaluations
. Handling of exceptional payments
- Ensuring the adequate and measureable key controls in place along with 4 eyes execution principle
KPI and daily reporting package maintenance
- Performance and optimisation of all payment channels (credit cards, bank accounts, cheques etc.), recognise and communicate possible improvements
- Relationship management with credit card companies, banks

Personality requirements and skills

- at least 2-3 years experience in payments/billing, revenue assurance, banking or accounting
- Experience of project management, improvement initiatives
- BPM / Operational excellence methodology experience
- Leadership and people management (min. team of 5)
- Flexibility, creativity and innovation, analytical thinking, reliability, responsibility
- Willingness to learn, openness and flexibility to take on new tasks and challenges
