Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Process refund exceptions (Manual payments, Reissues, Stop, Reversals) in various currencies towards travelers globally
- Perform quality control on received refund requests
- Keep defined SLA and KPI on track for processes within given responsibility
- Anticipate internal/external business issues; recommend process or service improvements related to optimization of payment channels (credit cards, bank accounts and cheques)
- Recognize and communicate possible improvements
