Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Consult with System Managers and Enterprise Architects to obtain feasible and cost-effective solutions
- Evaluate proposed systems to determine alignment to business requirements.
- Works alongside team leads to get ready the business for any process or system changes.
- Review business processes in order to gain a complete understanding of current procedures, identify improvements, document those processes, and connect business people to information technology groups in an organization.
- Analyse change requests, business processes and requirements.
- Understands development processes and is very analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- proactively cultivate good relationships with Business Units and stakeholders to ensure flawless and transparent communication channels

Personality requirements and skills

- 3+ years experience as business analyst for software development
- Business Process Management knowledge and experience
- Experienced business analysts with an in-depth experience and understanding of the software delivery lifecycle who have ideally worked throughout all phases of delivery in a large, process-reengineering programme.
- Ability to evaluate proposed systems to determine alignment to business requirements
- BPM Modelling
- Fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
