- Supervision of a team of 6-10 including;
- Correct resource planning to ensure the office is correctly staffed for the peak times
- Recruitment: ensuring we get the right people with the right skills
- To work in tandem with the central Europe office
- Ensuring personnel files are maintained, salary details are correct for payroll, holiday and sickness recorded
