Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Process refund payments and debits in various currencies (EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK, USD, JPY, CAD)
- Process refund payments for external partners
- Monitor performance of payments processes, run reports and analysis and reply on ad hoc queries
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders and maintain active relationships (including banks and credit card companies)
- Document and analyse Payments Operating processes and procedures, recommend refinements and improvements
