Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- define regular & ad-hoc reports (related to contacts, KPIs, processes, performance, resource, etc.)
- Collect all Customer Service related data
- Prepare analysis, executive summaries, pinpoint areas of concerns and opportunities
- Develop corrective & preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures
- Support Customer Service in the action plan delivery
- Identify the best practices and business improvements - processes, systems, cooperation, training (internal & dotted lines) etc.
- Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status
