Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Translate and deploy sales and marketing strategy to achieve its budget, revenues and strategic goals.
- Identify and manage the target market and identify all accounts to be focused on, that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget.
- Maintain and develop a personal relationships with specific key clients to win new business and improve relationships in pursuit of targeted opportunities.
- Resposibility for product and process deployment
- Ensure all sales staff throughout the country are equipped, trained, motivated, developed and empowered to provide high levels of satisfaction as measured in customer loyalty surveys.

Personality requirements and skills

- Min. 10 years of experience in sales area.
- Very strong business knowledge (of the express business).
- Minimum of 3-4 years field experience.
- Profit and loss experience with direct accountability for functional performance and costs.
- Strong sales background, preferably with exposure in all sales channels (TSM, Major Accounts and GAM).
- Good cross functional knowledge.
- Fluent English language skills, knowledge of some of the Eastern European languages is advantage.
