Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Executing and/or ensuring the competence of the team of 5 in areas of :
- Process design, analysis, re-engineering incl. documenting and maintaining library
- Business analytics (measuring of KPIs, maintaining the KPI library, analysing and evaluating of progress)
- Project management (planning, running and leading of internal projects focused on optimisation and effectiveness
- ISO responsible
- System / service management (act as interface between business / operations and IT
- Developing the support function in line with market trends and needs

Personality requirements and skills

- We are looking for a strong candidate experienced in leading a team of project managers/specialists or process specialists or reporting specialists /analysts.-
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years operational support, reporting, project and process management experience; international experience is appreciated.
- Operational management experience in the B2C environment is desirable
- Experience of working with Business Processes, Report and Analytics both understanding and developing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 27001 principles is advatage
- Leadership and people management (min. team of 5)
- Flexibility, creativity and innovation, analytical thinking, reliability, responsibility
