Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:
  • administrative work at the new Mogilev plant
  • organisation of business trips, arrangement of accommodation, arrangement of flight tickets nad other services
  • preparation of meetings, preparation of documentation, minutes from meetings, translations
  • maintaining, preparation and distribution of regular reports
  • records, management and evaluation of assigned tasks
  • monitoring of backlogs of assigned tasks
  • preparation of documentation for monthly closing

Personality requirements and skills

We require:
  • completed secondary/university school education (preferably with an economics major)
  • at least two years of experience in a similar position in a production company
  • planning and good organisational skills
  • excellent knowledge of English and/or Russian
  • initiative, performance
  • endurance against stress
  • WORK PERFORMANCE LOCATION: MOGILEV, BELARUS - relocation necessary!
  • training in existing chemical plants (Ostrava (Czech Republic) and Poland)
  • Employment start date of September 2014 - Production at the plant will begin at the end of 2015
