BT has settled its regional headquarters in Budapest in 1999, and less than a decade after, in 2007, opened its Regional Operations Centre in Hungary (BT ROC Ltd.) with two offices, in Budapest and Debrecen. BT Hungary currently hosts 1800+ highly qualified, multi-lingual professionals. Its diverse and continuously expanding professional portfolio includes more than 50 different roles in 20 lines of services. In the past years BT ROC Hungary has grown to become one of the largest, most complex business support centres in Hungary, serving BT affiliates, internal business partners and more than 3,000 global customers, including some of the world’s leading multinational companies.
