Industrial Engineer

1. Training of the Industrial Engineers of all business divisions in topics like SAP, PDP, MTM, FMEA, Layout, Ergonomics and topics related with the Brose standards.
2. Standardization of the layouts, creation of a procedure in order to manage correctly the changes, creation of basic rules to create new layouts.
3. Support Industrial Engineers in terms of the revision of initial MTM for all the new projects.
4. Develop a procedure in order to maintain the Process FMEA's updated in our system and according with our standards.
5. Implementation of a competence center for the region (BRA-OST-PRI) in order to exchange knowledge, define standards and provide support when needed.
6. To ensure continues improvement of our processes through a Risk Reduction program for the FMEA's, including the Reverse FMEA method.
7. Planning and implementing the layout strategy including relocations within the plant location and adjusting the relevant production layouts.
8. Plan and Control for all the Risk and Stress Analysis of the production equipments, including a risk map and action list to follow up all the open points.
9. Perform workshop in the production lines in order to find improvements regarding standard time (operating activities or processes).
10. Coordinate that the FMEAs revision is doing in time by the multifunctional teams according with the schedule and maintain the documents updated in SAP.
