Job description, responsibilities and duties

FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Creation of formalistic uniform project-specific FMEAs in the team
• Planning and moderation of FMEA project meetings also via fastviewer / telephone conference on schedule
• Presentation of evaluated risks of products / processes to the customer and in audits
• Training and implementation of FMEA methods and tools
• Cooperation with Brose quality management systems / process system regarding FMEA
• Transfer of findings from problem solving and projects into basis FMEAs
• Creation and maintenance of basis FMEAs in German and English

• Technical degree, e.g. mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or industrial engineering
• Experience in automotive sector / quality
• Experienced with software APIS IQ-FMEA, also with moderating of FMEA sessions
• Experienced in MS Office-Tools
• Systematic and structured thinking
