Job Description and Responsibilities
• Accounts Receiving Duties
• Intrastat Reporting
• Receptionist duties
• Assist with the collecting and sending of original invoices, delivery notes and copies of PO’s for BMB, removal of PO’s from the project engineers folders for book keeping
• Checking that individual prices on the purchase orders match the invoice
• Advise accounts department in Australia, if the invoice does not match and the reason why
• Prior to sending invoices via email to accounts department in Australia, check that the items have been marked in on the bill of material
• Copy, scan and send confirmed delivery dockets to suppliers after authorising, on request
• Scanning, copying and sending documents for the General manager
• Checking stock levels and ordering of stationary, staff and kitchen supplies
• Controlling incoming and outgoing mail
• Assisting the purchasing and warehouse department with data input
• Assisting project engineers with printing and making up of manufacturing and assembly folders
• Translation of documents from Slovak to English as required
• Reporting on monthly Fire, OH&S, Waste Management for the factory
• You are overall responsible to our Slovak based General Manager but reporting to our supply department located in Slovakia

• A positive attitude, reliability, dynamic approach and attention to detail
• Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, the ability to operate printers, plotters and scanners
• A good phone mannerism is important
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is an advantage
