Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Admission Officer (AO) operates, manages and implements all aspects of the processing of admissions in the school. He/She is responsible for controlling admissions procedures and communication with parents enquiring about the school enrolment.

Some of the key responsibilities:

AO acts as first point of contact for all enquires from potential or existing parents, and to refer these to the DAM/Principal as appropriate and ensures that the school adheres to standardised enquiry handling protocol as advised by HQ.

AO meets and greets all visiting parents, arranges appointments and organizes school tours.

In addition AO processes student applications, including obtaining and storing student paperwork, deals with correspondence regarding admissions.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

• At least 2 years of experience at the similar position
• Experience from an international companies is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is a must
• Strong internal and external customer service focus
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Versatile person, adaptable to changes, strong drive and determination to succeed
