Head of Sales and Customer Services

The British Council in Europe is looking for the Head of Sales and Customer Services who will contribute to integration and standardisation projects for sales and customer services across the cluster countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia), as well as the delivery of a high quality customer experience to new and existing customers. The post will suit a motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional who has the skills and knowledge to contribute to the Role Profile.

The post will be based in the cluster country the successful candidate is recruited from. Also, G grade salary will be paid at the rate of the appointing country.

The competencies, skills and knowledge we require for this full time definite job are:

- Managing people (level 3)

- Communicating & Influencing (level 4)

- Proven experience of managing a complex customer service team

- Communication skills in English (CEF level C1 spoken and written)

- Dealing with complaints and complex customer enquiries

- Accredited Customer Service qualification

The starting date for this position is as soon as possible and the contract is full time, for a definite period of two years, initially.
