Personal Assistant to CEO

• Oversee key account management
• Understand and act on inbound requests
• Contact prospective partners & schedule meetings for CEO
• Maintain and build accurate databases
• Be responsible for information and content on website
• Identify Slovak companies with business opportunities for UK business
• Answer phones / email; respond to enquiries
• Prepare charts, documents, presentations and reports
• Attend, prepare materials for and write minutes for pertinent meetings.

The Representative should:
• Be able to meet all predefined targets and report documents and findings
• Have a firm understanding of account management
• Be experienced in meeting member, client and team expectations
• Be comfortable following up enquiries, making cold-calls, and sending emails to high-level clients
• Have experience executing operational and administrative functions to ensure project delivery

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis; listing will close when the right candidate is found.
