SAP Production Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate for the position of SAP Production Assistant. You will report to the Technical Manager of the Nitra production site and work in collaboration with the Production, Logistics, Quality and support services. After training at the Competence Centre located in France, in the various SAP modules related to an industrial site and in the group's Master Data Management method, you will carry out the following tasks:

• create users and monitor their access rights,
• monitoring and management of data in SAP,​
  
• create and update articles, ranges, BOMs and versions of manufactured items,
• create and update customers, including their information sheets (FIC packaging, delivery schedules, etc.),
• creation and updating of product codes linked to customer/internal references, with notification of the relevant departments,
• creation and modification, where applicable, of packing instructions, warehouse locations, inspection cycles, etc.
• creation and updating of quality data,
• creation and modification, if necessary, of subcontracting and intercos delivery schedules,
• collaboration with departments and teams to ensure smooth operation of the SAP system,
  
• provide support to the various departments on issues relating to article master data,
• creation of parameter tables (EDI),
• ensures that daily SAP jobs run smoothly and handles any anomalies.
