Project Manager /automotive/

• Manage the project team by involving all project contributors (including the factory representative)
• Identify risks relating to compliance with project objectives and proposes the necessary action plans
• Is accountable of the project targets (Quality/Economics/Deadlines)
• Plans tasks to be completed in accordance with customer milestones
• Ensures, through project meetings, the progress of tasks and the implementation of corrective actions in the event of deviation
• Monitors and brings to life the project progress indicators, “planning/costs/quality/profitability of the project”
• Triggers and leads Project Reviews (CR/CT) at predefined milestones in the development process and presents its updated dashboard
• Guides the members of the project team, decides and makes arbitrations
• When necessary, requests arbitrations from the Project Director
• Communicates with customers and factories on progress throughout the project
• Manages Engineering Change Requests during the project, and validates internal modification requests
• Leads the optimization of the internal cost
• Validates and controls expenditure commitments linked to its projects
• Makes available the data and documents for which he is responsible
• Guarantees the closure of the project and its transfer to the factory
• Responsible for updating the technical and economic data of the project
• Localization : Nove Sady, SK - close to Nitra area
• Travel: to our german facility + at the customer facilities Munich (Germany) & Debrecen (Hungary)
