Vedúci oddelenia vstrekovania plastov – automobilový priemysel / Production Manager of injection molding - Automotive

- Production management, managing the staff of 50 people within 3 working shiffts, responsible for 28 machines
- Implement production programs and monitor the activities of the Department of injection molding optimal use of allocations (tools - Tools - workers).
- Technical, production, quality and capacity analysis, taking necessary action to improve processes and quality
- To coordinate the various activities of the Department
- Communicate with the various changes in problem solving
- Conduct meeting in injection shop
- Participate in discussions on the quality of production and logistics
- Ensure monitoring and communication within spoilage indicators and productivity
- Assurance of fluent production procedures, respect the standards
- Analyzing the results of production, lead to corrective action and verify the effectiveness
- Monitor the amount and use of raw materials and recycled
- Fulfilment af defined KPI´s respecting all company rules and procedures, keeping planned deadlines and production volume based on customer requirements
- Personally rate of injection molding workshop
- Personally, integrate and watch over the good performance of the tasks of workers to supervise the respect of the rules - the protection and safety
- To promote the protection and safety, cleanliness and order in the workplace
- Cost and production planning, identification of potential areas for saving,
- Set up of technological procedures, keeping and administration of technical documentation
- Respect the standards at all levels to ensure the proper functioning of the instruments of production
- Planning and execution of preventive and operative maitenance in cooperation with Technical Director
- Follow Improvement Plan in the race for the Department of injection molding and offer solutions for further progress
- Ensure quality inclusion, initiation of process improvements, staff education and support
- Participate in the selection process of employees
- Cooperation with the Production Manager, Plant Manager and other departements
- Visits to clients, participate in professional exhibitions
